Portraits in the Park
Hello Mr.Curiosity! As soon as I walked in the door he took me by the hand and showed me all his favourite things and he talked and talked and talked… Yes with his sweet little boy diction, but toddlers are so intensely alive, so full of curiosity and so keen to tell you all about it. What a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon – experiencing the wonder of the world through eyes of an adored toddler.
Adelaide Christmas Mini Sessions
From now until the 4th of November I will be offering a limited number of Christmas Mini Sessions in and around Crafers. So read now, and then contact me fast!
For those of you who have done Christmas cards with me in the past, or would like to do so this year, who would like to give portraits of your children as gifts, or want to update the family portrait on your wall – this event is for you!
Christmas mini sessions are all inclusive packages for a set fee of $500, which covers:
- a 30 minute mini session for your child or family, held in and around Crafers
- 10-15 images to choose from
- 5 favourite images on a beautifully presented disk
- One 8×12″ Custom Art Print.
- 50 Custom Designed Greeting Cards
So apart from being a great deal how is this different from my usual sessions?
- It’s short and sweet, which I think is great for everyone at such a busy time of year.
- You get 5 images on disk, cards and a portrait for your wall (or to give to Granny) included in the price.
- You come to me for the shoot.
- There won’t be time for clothing changes or props (except maybe a favourite toy that just has to come).
- There won’t be an ordering session – all the hard stuff is decided in advance! You can of course add some extras if you like. Read the fine print about that below.
What remains the same?
- You get stunning custom portraits and custom designed cards.
- You may add on canvas’ & prints, albums & books if you wish.
- Your session fee (the $500) needs to be paid in full to hold your place.

The Fine Print
There will be no in person ordering session for these packages – keeping things simple for you and for me! However, instead of an in person ordering session you will have a one week window where you can choose from your web gallery which image/s you want for your disk and included on your custom greeting cards. During this time you may also order additional prints of any image from your session at my special “from your disk” pricing (shown on my full price list, which will be provided when you book your session). Because these packages are already so well priced the special “from your disk” pricing will only apply to orders placed during that week. During this time you may also order Mini Accordion Albums for $50 (normally $100), these make wonderful gifts! Best of all, during your ordering week you can upgrade your mini session package to include a 20×30″ canvas for $300 (normally $350). And for those of you who want it all – there will be a special upgrade package available including all the images from your session and some extra gift prints for Christmas!

Sydney Newborn
What better way to kick off the school holidays than a trip to Sydney to meet a tiny new person? I have so much going on behind the scenes at the moment that I am positively dizzy, but these quiet moments that I get to spend with the beautiful families that hire me are the reason that I do what I do. To spend a few hours with a family as they are getting to know the tiny, perfect, precious new life that has joined them is a gift, a gift that I treasure more every time I meet a new family.
Thank you for letting me visit your home to meet your beautiful new daughter and your dynamic little guy! It was a privilege to spend a few hours with such a loving, calm and gentle family.
Sweet tiny newborn boy
Last weekend I went to meet this tiny, sweet and completely adored little boy. My own babies have all been rather large so I find smaller babies utterly enchanting. It’s not just the illusion that time brings when I think “My babies were never that small…” They really weren’t, and it only adds to the great sense of privilege I feel that my work allows me to meet such a wide variety of perfect little people, freshly arrived into the world.
We had a wonderful session and I can’t wait to make my way through the rest of the images!
